Consultation

You deserve someone with a variety of clinical experiences and advanced training in supervision. Whether you're looking for a one-time consultation or an on-going relationship, I'm here to help.

You can expect a transparent, judgement free space to grow.

I bring experience across the lifespan in residential, community, crisis, private practice, and university settings.

If you're interested in postmodern approaches, Spanish-language services, decolonized practices, and specialty psychological assessments and immigration evaluations -

you're at the right place.

Let's connect and build a training plan that works for you.

  • Our positions are currently full for the 2025 training year.

Applications open October 2025 for the 2026 training cycle.

  • Did you recently get your first referral or have a complex case? Schedule a collaborative 1:1 meeting for expert guidance. Dr. Roads has conducted immigration evaluations since 2015. She is a licensed psychologist with a plethora of assessment experience, and competent in the cultural and legal nuances of immigration work.

  • This is a drop-in space for immigration evaluation providers across the U.S. to experience community consultation. We meet Monthly on Mondays at 10 AM PST | 12 PM CST | 1 PM EST. $40 per 1 hour virtual meeting. Limited space.
